She has been working professionally for ten years at various metaphysical stores, providing services as a intuitive, reader, personal advisor, life coach, pastoral counselor, emotional healer, holistic advisor, and hypnotist. She teaches classes on different topics at various organizations and churches. Pavlina taught Paneurhythmy Dance at Sananjaleen Place, Marshall, VA;  The Oasis at Great Falls, VA; Unitarian Church in Reston, VA; in the Leesburg area at Red Rock National Park, VA; at Seneca Park, MD; and Walney Park, VA. Some of her students are accomplished yoga and reiki teachers and practitioners, as well as lovers of nature, health, and dance. Some of the most distinguished people that she has done readings for include Sheila Johnson and the entire Mystics Basketball Team, among others.

Most summers Pavlina goes to her native country Bulgaria on a quest high on the Rila Mountain, where like-minded people gather from all over the world to dance Paneurhythmy and share the beauty and the inspiration of this pure place.

There is a minimum booking time of two hours for multiple people for private sessions and a small travel fee for distances over 40 miles.
